Sarah is showing interest in leading calves! Her friend Shannon led calves in the fair a couple of weeks ago and Sarah likes what she saw! She practiced with "Doris" to see what it was suppose to feel like. Doris was shown in a Vermont county fair over the summer by a 5 year old!
Then Sarah tried Gabe.. starting from scratch with this tiny guy was definatly harder than it looks!! they have no clue how to be lead... she's leading two.. Charlie Ray (from a previous post)and this little guy. They were both born in July. Kit was ridden before this picture was taken and you never would guess.. he was soo jealous! He was making all kinds of racket!

That does look like it would be fun Sarah. Baby calves are just so adorable. That picture of Kit peeking out the window at you is too funny! What a personality. We hope you and your brother are having a great start to the school year!
